Liability for the Content
The supplier does not guarantee the relevance, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. There shall be no liability claims against the supplier relating to damage of a material or immaterial nature and caused through the use or non-use of the offered information and/or the use of incorrect or incomplete information. All offers are subject to alteration and without obligation. The supplier expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete sections of the pages or the entire offering without separate announcement or stop some or all publication temporarily or definitely.

Liability for external links
In the case of direct or indirect references to other Internet sites (links) that fall outside of the supplier's remit, a liability obligation would only come into force if the supplier had knowledge of the content and it was feasible and technically possible for him to prevent utilisation in the event of illegal content. The supplier expressly declares that the linked pages were free of illegal content at the time of creating the links. He therefore expressly disassociates himself from all content of all linked / cached sites changed following creation of the link. This statement applies to all links and references set up within the supplier's own Internet offering and also to external contributions to discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the supplier. The sole responsibility for illegal, inaccurate or incomplete content and in particular for damage caused by the use or non-use of information so offered is assumed by the supplier of the site to which reference is made, not the supplier who refers to the corresponding publication through links.

Insofar as the Internet offering allows personal or business data (email address, name, address) to be entered, this data is surrendered by the user on a voluntary basis only.
